Please read the The Space section before booking. The Space This condo is newly renovated and only recently offered as a rental, with most of its contents brand new. It’s been professionally decorated with comfort in mind and offers much more room than most beachfront properties. With a sofa bed in addition to the bedrooms, you’ll enjoy three distinct sleeping areas—ideal for groups or families. The condo is conveniently located along Highway 59, just 3.5 miles north of Gulf Shores. Guest Access Guests have access to a community pool that includes bathrooms, dressing areas, and a baby pool. A key will be provided for entry. Please note: there is no grill at the pool, and outdoor cooking is not permitted on the property. The YMCA is located directly across the street, and day passes are available for purchase. Note: There is an exterior doorbell with a camera, motion and noise detection system. Please note, this Condo comes fully equipped. However paper goods and supplies are provided for startup only. Longer stays will require that you provide your personal lotions, soaps, paper goods, etc. The second bedroom in this condo provides a TV and shelf for gaming consoles. The TV does not have additional connectivity for basic viewing. Any pull-behind recreational type vehicles or trailers require prior authorization. Also, the condo owners association does not allow pets. Smoking Smoking is allowed on the back side of the building only and is not allowed on the screened balcony areas or breezeways. Please Note: After booking, guests will be asked to complete a rental agreement and submit a $100 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the rental terms.
