Experience a comfortable getaway at this SunRiver Eagle-Vail condo, nestled along the scenic Eagle River (condo has mountain views facing south), the condo boasts a private sunroom and patio. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and radiant heat throughout. For added convenience, covered parking is available, and you'll have access to the community pool during the summer months as well as a year-round hot tub. The condo does have an ambient wood burning fireplace, but the condo is quite warm with the radiant heat so is not required to stay warm. Location is key, with this condo conveniently situated on the Core Transit bus route and within a short ~2 min drive to the renowned Beaver Creek Resort down the street, and the magnificent Vail Ski Resort, located about 10 minutes away. Additional ski resorts such as Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone are within easy reach, making it a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts. SunRiver has opened the pools and hot tub for the 2026 summer season! If convenience and location are paramount for your next Rocky Mountain vacation, this comfortable condo is guaranteed to create lasting memories! Notes: -The condo allows well behaved dogs and responsible pet owners (for an added pet fee) -There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access. -Although the unit does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be emailed to you the day before arrival. -There is a local caretaker available to assist guests before, during and after your stay. About the neighborhood

SunRiver Condominiums in Eagle-Vail is located directly on the Eagle River, surrounded by the wonderful Colorado mountains on all sides. World-class skiing at Beaver Creek is about 1 mile away, and 9 miles from Vail. SunRiver is on the bus route to both Vail and Beaver Creek, as well as the rest of the Vail Valley within minutes. Eagle-Vail has a public golf course and pool, along with public parks and a 3-par golf course. The property boasts a pool and hot tub overlooking the Eagle River. Just minutes from some of the world's best hiking, skiing, rafting, snowshoeing, golfing, fishing, shopping, dining and much more.

Getting around

There is a free Core Transit shuttle bus stop right in front of the complex that will take you to Avon and Beaver Creek Elk parking lot for easy ski access (see picture on listing that shows where this is located indicated by a red arrow). The free Core Transit shuttle that heads east will take you to Vail. Visit the Coretransit website for more info, and there are pictures of the bus stop on this condo's listing. Eagle-Vail is approximately 30 minutes from the Eagle Regional Airpot (EGE), and 2 hours from the Denver International Airport (DIA).
