Location is key, with this condo conveniently situated on the Core Transit bus route and within a short drive to the renowned Beaver Creek Resort down the street, and the magnificent Vail Ski Resort, located about 10 minutes away. Additional ski resorts such as Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone are within easy reach, making it a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts. SunRiver has opened the pools and hot tub for the 2026 summer season! If convenience and location are paramount for your next Rocky Mountain vacation, this comfortable condo is guaranteed to create lasting memories! Notes: -The condo allows well behaved dogs and responsible pet owners (for an added pet fee) -There are stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access. -Although the unit does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be emailed to you the day before arrival. -There is a local caretaker available to assist guests before, during and after your stay. They provide excellent service and they are a great resource for guests! -The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, hand & body soap, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, make remover wipes, trash bags and laundry detergent. .
