Getting around
Our neighborhood is very walking friendly with a great neighborhood trail that runs alongside the Citizens Animas River Ditch providing sweeping views of the Animas River Valley at multiple points along the trail. For travel into town, having a car is preferred, but biking is easy along the county roads leading to town as well. 4x4 is not required to access our property, but may be preferred if want to do any back country driving.
