The Role

You’ll be the architect and builder of our outbound acquisition engine — combining high-touch direct mail and targeted email outreach to bring new homeowners into the Fairly pipeline. This is a high-velocity role: you’ll operate as the strategic bridge between marketing and sales, launching multiple campaigns daily, testing fast, and measuring everything in deals.

What You’ll Do

High-velocity execution

  • Launch, manage, and iterate on multiple outbound campaigns per day, maintaining a rapid cadence of testing and deployment across email and physical mail.

AI-driven efficiency

  • Actively leverage AI tools to scale copywriting, personalize messaging at scale, and streamline campaign production without sacrificing quality or that “human touch.”

Own outbound lead generation

  • Design highly targeted, multi-touch outbound campaigns combining physical direct mail and email sequences to acquire new vacation rental properties.

Audience segmentation & message customization

  • Deeply research and identify the specific pain points, motivations, and objections of different vacation rental homeowners.
  • Segment target lists and highly customize all marketing collateral so messaging perfectly resonates with each unique audience.

Direct response copywriting at scale

  • Craft highly persuasive messaging tailored to distinct homeowner cohorts.
  • Develop dynamic templates and copy frameworks for letters, postcards, and emails that leverage data to personalize at volume and drive engagement with the sales team.

End-to-end production

  • Manage the actual execution of campaigns: formatting letters, working with print vendors for physical mailers, and building out outreach sequences.

Advanced list & data management

  • Leverage APIs and big data to build, segment, and refine large lists of target homeowners based on sophisticated property data and ideal customer profiles.

Sales alignment

  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure messaging matches their pitch, gather feedback on lead quality, and adjust campaigns based on what is actually closing.

Who You Are

3+ years experience

In B2B marketing, direct response, or outbound lead generation in a fast-paced environment.

Bias for action

Comfortable shipping multiple campaigns daily, running experiments fast, and learning from the results.

AI-native

You use AI tools daily to multiply output — not as a buzzword, but as a core part of your workflow.

Strategic empathy

You can step into the shoes of very different homeowner profiles and translate insight into highly targeted copy frameworks.

Full-stack marketer

Equally at home with big-picture strategy and hands-on campaign builds, list management, and template development.

Direct mail experience

You’ve run physical direct mail campaigns and understand mail houses, postage, and data-driven targeting for the physical world.

Data-driven

You measure success by leads generated, meetings booked, and properties acquired — not impressions.

Bonus Points

Experience in PropTech, real estate, or the short-term vacation rental industry.
